I liked one of the the father's primary goals in this photographic endeavor. His main goal was really just to find out what was up with his son. He needed to figure this out and explore this with his son and his camera. Because his goal was a good one a subsequent powerful and meaningful relationship with his son is what develops and is what is seen in his photographic project. I also liked that Eli was an active participant in creating the pictures taken of himself.
