This was an interesting article with a twist that I didn't expect. I never thought of the positive posters in the way presented but understand the point. The posters don't show disabled people really doing extraordinary things. They show them doing what they normally would be doing, living. That in and of itself should not be the source of inspiration for us non-disabled to excel cause they are disabled doing normal things they normally would do. Showing a disabled person really going beyond and doing something extra-ordinary beyond all comprehension would be more inspirational to all and would be less insulting.
